Brewmasters’ Series – All About IPA

This class goes in depth on America’s favorite – just in time for IPA day. From American to English, Session to Double, Citra to Simcoe we will cover all facets of IPA . Included in this class will be history, recipe design, water chemistry, yeast, BJCP style guidelines, hop characteristics, and anything else you can think of.
