Interested in all grain brewing, but don’t have the room or are intimidated by the process?  Looking to take the next step after extract brews?  This class is for you!  We will go over the basics of both partial mash brewing as well as Brew-in-a-bag techniques.  We will be brewing a partial mash brew during this class.  We will also cover the equipment and supplies needed to make your first batch a success!

Brewmaster’s Series – All About IPA

This class goes in depth on America’s favorite  – just in time for IPA day.  From American to English, Session to Double, Citra to Simcoe we will cover all facets of IPA .  Included in this class will be history, recipe design, water chemistry,  yeast, BJCP style guidelines, hop characteristics, and anything else you can think of.

Advanced Winemaking

This class will cover in depth the process of making wine from grapes or fruit.  Best practices will be discussed, along with a complete overview, essential chemicals, introductory chemistry, and finishing.  This class is meant to be interactive so bring your questions!
