Today, hops are often considered one of the necessary ingredients in beer, but that wasn’t always the case. People in different parts of the world at different times in the past all used a wide array of herbs and spices in beers. This course will explore some of the many ways herbs can be used in beers, as well as discussing some historical regional variations. If you like brewing outside the box, this class is for you.

This is America’s Dairyland. This class will go over everything you need to make your first batch of delicious cheese. Learn how easy, fun, and rewarding making cheese can be.
