Brewstorian’s Series – Beers of the British Empire

The first in a series exploring historical aspects of beer and brewing, Beers of the British Empire will explore the relationships between British expatriates and their beer. From the importation of beers from the British Isles to the development of local interpretations of those beers, British imperialism developed many of the styles we are familiar with today, including IPA, Export Stouts, and Scotch Ale. We will explore characteristic examples and discuss techniques for brewing these classic styles.”

Advanced Winemaking

This class will cover in depth the process of making wine from grapes or fruit.  Best practices will be discussed, along with a complete overview, essential chemicals, introductory chemistry, and finishing.  This class is meant to be interactive so bring your questions!
