Get started making cheese at home! We will show you a variety of techniques, including cutting the curd, separating curds and whey, and pressing and waxing hard cheese.

You’ll learn about various types of cheese and choosing the right milk for the recipe. We’ll also cover important aspects of cheesemaking from the functions of rennet and cultures to the effects of temperature control and aging.

From it’s origins in China around 200BC, today kombucha has become a tremendously popular and healthy alternative to sugar drinks. Come learn the ins and outs of brewing this probiotic rich and tasty beverage. We will be covering scoby’s, tea varieties, equipment, and bottle additions.
