This is the kit
I love that I know have the ability to discern between a gravity of 1.051 or is that a 1.052? With these three devises I don’t have wonder where my gravity is. There is a large enough gap between each number that it takes the guess work out. These will help you get precision readings.

Great...if you know what you're doing
Being a newbie I sometimes try to use the wrong one, but they are easy to read.

I was having trouble meeting gravity readings with my standard homebrew hydrometer. I was racking my brain trying to figure out the problem. Finally, I got this kit and found that these are way more accurate than the cheapo hydrometer AND that I am matching my gravities! What a relief.

Nice hydrometer kit, easy to read. Trying it out this weekend.

Great product
Super easy to read. There are clear spaces with bold dashes to line up with fluid meniscus. The only thing that would make this a little better is if it came with the cylinder as well. I'm very happy with the purchase and love having the confidence to know my gravity readings are accurate.

Easy to read
These things are so easy to read. I have a triple scale hydrometet, but the numbers are so close, it is difficult for my old eyes to read. These 3 separate hydrometes take the guess work out and show me exactly what the reading is. The rack is a little much for just three hydrometers, but I'm using it for my thermometer also.

Good hydrometer set
So far so good. Easier to read than hydrometers that encompass the entire scale. Seem to be accurate.

Works as advertised. Much easier to read compared to my old Triple Scale Hydrometer

So much easier to read
The read-off error from these hydrometers is 0.0005 compared to 0.001 you'd get with one the standard hydrometers most people start with (including myself). This reduced my expected error in calculating the ABV from ±0.3% to ±0.1%.

Anyone know what temperature these are calibrated to? I've lost the little slips that came with them.

BEST ANSWER: Doesn't it say on the paper within the hydrometer? Mine says 60_F, and I just bought them, so hope that helps.
Which would be the appropriate testing jar for these ?
MIchael L on Oct 6, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Any of the test jars we have available will work

though if I were to recommend one I would go with the Economy Test Jar. It isn't glass so you don't need to worry about it shattering

and it is low in cost. Cheers! -Tyler
Any chance you will be getting these back in stock? Keen to get a set.
K E on Jun 27, 2016
BEST ANSWER: yes, these are due to be back in stock by the middle of July.
