A typical alpha of 1.5-3.5%, Hersbrucker hop pellets are mild to semi-strong with a pleasant and hoppy character ideal for brewed lagers, pilsners, bocks, and wheat homebrew recipes. Should you need to substitute, we would like to recommend Mt. Hood and French Strisslespalt hops.
