Pretty good product

That packaging and supplies were all there, the directions were simple, and the flavor was excellent.. My only grumble was with the carbonation drops. Most didn't fit in the bottles without smashing them, and the carbonation was very low to non-existent. You are much better off with powdered dextrose.

Great beer!

Enjoyed the final result of this beer.

Good Start I needed to plan better

It was a good batch, but it came out a bit flat. That's on me, the carbonization pills wouldn't fit my liter bottles so I crushed them, and mis-calculated how many to add to the bottle.

Thumbs UP for West Coast Radical Red

Not so “radical” but very flavorful and easy to drink (not that that is ever a problem!). NB’s recipe kits never miss.

West Coast Red

Irish Red was 1st Amber style - barely drinkable. With 4 kinds of hops and more of them for this West Coast I was expecting a lot more flavor. It's drinkable as-is but for those who want more flavor/character this recipe needs tweaked.
