Boil wort, heat sparge water, or raise mash temperatures indoors without a vent hood or exhaust fan using this 110V electric heater. The 2200 watt heating element is controlled by a potentiometer with infinite adjustment from 120° to 212° F. Heating element has a stainless housing with a zinc-plated copper elbow. Also features a built-in ground fault interrupter. Use on a dedicated outlet with at least a 20-amp circuit breaker.
Available in 11" and 15" models to fit a variety of brew kettles. Also great for mashing in plastic coolers!
This low-profile burner stands 12" tall, with a diameter of roughly 16". In our 60-quart MegaPot, this burner was able to boil ten gallons of water (at 100 F) in 45 minutes - using only two pounds of propane. A great balance between BTU power and fuel-efficiency. Don't expect the paint to last! You will burn off much of the paint job the first time you use it - so make sure you're in a ventilated area. This burner runs at 210,000 BTUs. This runs on propane only, and cannot be converted to natural gas.
Part 40202 includes burner, stand and regulator. To use the burner separately, you'll need both the burner and the regulator. Banjo is now providing a 20psi stand-alone regulator for 40269. It works very well with the 40204. A brass orifice is included when you purchase the burner(#40204).
This unit features a very heavy 10-inch diameter cast iron propane burner, capable of 60,000 BTU output. A welded ring stand surrounds and protects the burner from damage. The stand is 11 inches in height. Includes a regulator and hose assembly (not pictured). This burner is as quiet the Superb Burner, and more powerful than the King Kooker, making it our new favorite. A great balance between BTU power and fuel-efficiency. The stand is 15.5" in diameter and 11" high. The stock model runs on propane only, but it can be converted to natural gas. Please call Hurricane Products at 800-624-4711 for natural gas details.
A powerful blowtorch style burner. Welded steel frame is 13 high with a 14 diameter surface. Includes 48 stainless braided hose and 20 psi regulator. Optional legs raise burner to a height of 24".

Brass Valve for Hurricane Burner. The brass valve that controls the flow of gas into the Hurricane burner. This is included in the #7335 hose assembly, or available separately here.
Regulator valve for using the Hurricane Burner with natural gas.
The King Koover's adjustable high-pressure regulator delivers 55,000 BTU to reach boiling temperatures quickly, even on very large batches. Tough steel construction and tripod stability permit this to easily hold the weight of a large batch. The major drawback to this "blowtorch" style propane burner is its inefficiency. It consumes a lot of propane. This burner is propane-only, and can not be converted for natural gas.
Perfect for the DIY-enthusiast who wants to build their own brewing stand. This burner delivers 55,000 BTU, and requires a high-pressure propane regulator. Color may vary.
Use with our 55,000 BTU cast burners.
