Imagine, if you will, a Belgian witbier brewed to the specifications of a Belgian Tripel... now open your eyes. It's got the grain load of a strong Belgian ale but with a large proportion of wheat malt (the all-grain version also includes flaked oats) and Witbier spices and yeast. Serve in a wide-mouthed goblet and debate with your friends whether somebody got Witbier in your Tripel or Tripel in your Witbier.
