Easy assembly, fast delivery
Every works well, however there were zero instructions with the Governor. Getting perfectly good carbonation hasn't been simple, but otherwise it looks and works well.

Awesome
If you need a kegerator, this is great. It has two taps, easy set up and no guessing if you need other parts. Highly recomend, if you don't want to bottle.

Is the drip tray attached to the draft tower?
R R on Mar 10, 2016
BEST ANSWER: No, they are separate pieces.
The product description seems to contradict the picture and item caption. With this system can you pour from 2 kegs at the same time? The description says you can pour carbonated beer from one keg while you force carbonate another - which seems to indicate that only one keg services the 2 taps while another is in reserve.

BEST ANSWER: There are two keg regulators - so you can either set up the regulators to allow each keg to feed one of the two taps, or you can set up one regulator to alower pressure to feed one of the kegs to a tap while you set the other regulator to fast carbonate (but you would only be using one tap in that configuration). Hope that helps.
I've seen other kegs that say if you take them apart to clean them it violates the warrantee - is that the same with these or is it really necessary to take them apart to clean.

Thanks,

Ryan

BEST ANSWER: It is not needed to disassemble fully every time. You can just run cleaner and sanitizer through the keg lines using CO2 to clean and sanitize every space the beer can contact. Then, you may want to disassemble every couple of months to make sure nothing gets missed. Our warranty is not voided if disassembled as it is an expected part of use of these kegs. I would advise to be clear headed, go slowly and make sure not to lose any parts. Accidental damage and loss are not covered specifically but that should not be a concern determining if you want to use them or not. Cheers!
I live in a small town 4 hours away. How do I refill CO2 tanks without driving a long way. What sort of local businesses might sell me the CO2 refills?
Kurt J on Oct 24, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Hi Kurt

I looked up your area based on your order information. It doesn't look like you have a ton in your immediate area. I would suggest asking around at one of the local bars just to see where they get theirs.

Companies that supply CO2 are usually also companies where you would go to get welding supplies or get your fire extinguishers filled. I usually do a google maps search for Welding Supplies or Gas Supplies (sometimes returns automobile gas stations) or Fire Extinguishers. Seems like Dubuqe might be your closest option.
How meny kegs will the 5 lb. co2 tank last before needing to be refilled?
K E on Oct 8, 2015
BEST ANSWER: You'll be able to carbonate 7 or 8 of the 5 gallon kegs before needing to refill the 5 lb. bottle. Of course, it depends on how much CO2 you use - how fizzy you want your beer, but I find about 8 kegs is normal.
There are different size mini-fridges. Can anyone shed light on what brand/model of mini-fridge would fit best for this kit?
F R on Mar 23, 2016
BEST ANSWER: These kegs are about 26" tall (without the disconnects), about 30" (with disconects), and about 9" in diameter. I'm not sure about specific makes and models myself, but maybe this will help:

I have an Edgestar keggerator, is this tower compatible if I want to remove my existing single tower and replace?
M G on Mar 15, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Our dual draft tower should be compatible. It has a 3 inch diameter column and if that is the same then it should be compatible.
If I wanted to purchase this set, but do not need the CO2 tank, could you subtract that from the price?
M G on Mar 10, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I'm sorry to say that we would not be able to adjust the package in this way.
Will you have any of these in stock by February 2016?
M J on Dec 8, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I show we'll have that in stock as early as next week. We're currently out of stock on the draft tower but should be receiving some later this week though that is not a firm date.
How tall are the kegs?
R A on Nov 10, 2015
BEST ANSWER: 24 1/2" to the top of the handle (the tallest part) or 25 1/2" to the top of the fitting while it's connected.
What's the shipping weight and size of the package?
Luis E on Sep 17, 2015
BEST ANSWER: The shipping weight is roughly 37.5 lbs

and the package measures 18" L x 18" W x 25" H.
What is the capacity of the kegs? IS it 5 gallons each? What does it mean "One is force carbonated"? Does that mean one of the kegs is not force carbonated?
Travis K on Sep 15, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Each keg will hold 5 gallons of brew. Force carbonation is a procedure used to carbonate beer quickly. You can set kegs at a low pressure for a week and it will carbonate to known volume of CO2. You could even mix in sugar and let the yeast carbonate the beer in the keg. Or

force carbonation involves placing the kegs at a high pressure for a shorter period of time

1-

days. You can force carbonate in one or both kegs

at the same time or independently.
