A necessity that makes brewing way easier
The Edelmetall Bru Burner is awesome, and you owe it to yourself to get these legs with it. The tripod makes your brew setup stable pretty much anywhere, and it raises everything to the perfect height. I tried to get away with the three cinder block method the first time, but quickly realized the legs were going to be worth it. You won't regret them, they should last a lifetime just like the burner.

Legs
I was worried the extensions may make the burner too high as I'm 5'8" tall. Turned out to work well and am glad I added them.

Best Burner Ever!
Very happy with my purchase. This burner is out of the box ready. I bought the leg extensions which puts my kettle at a comfortable height to stand and stir, much faster than brewing on the stove for sure. Only down side is the copper gets a little burnt/oxidated from use, but otherwise it was absolutely worth it!

Great addition
I bought these to raise my bru burner to a better height, and they work like a charm. Very sturdy would definitely recommend to anyone that has or is thinking about buying them.

Very durable and wicked efficient! Gotta have the leg extensions though. Totally worth every penny and can't count how many compliments I get on this setup.

Review of Bru leg extensions
The Edelmetall Bru leg extensions appear very solid. When attached to the 'Bru the burner is rock solid. So far I've brewed two batches with a 15 gallon Megapot 1.2. I use a chugger pump with this setup and the leg extensions make it easy to have the kettle above the pump stand to facilitate priming the pump. I can't imagine not having them. Good quality. A definite recommend.

I am not able to get the coupler into the legs of the burner. It looks like there is a crimp on the bottom.I have an older burner that doesn't have the holes for the coupler either. What can I do?

BEST ANSWER: Bruce and Mark are correct. The older model of the Edelmetall Bru Burner does not work with the current leg extensions we sell online for the current model. If you would be so kind to give us a call or email with your order number we can exchange the correct legs for you. We are available from 9-6pm Central time at 1-800-681-2739. Cheers!
What are the leg dimensions? Distance between two legs. Looking to build a platform to set it on for my Gravity fed HLT.
Coae1776 on Dec 31, 2015
BEST ANSWER: From point to point on the legs is 20", creating a 20" equilateral triangle at the base. They raise the unit 15" vertically.
What is the maximum recommend kettle size?
D A on Nov 1, 2015
BEST ANSWER: We've used 30 gallon kettles easily but even the 55 gallon ones work. The kettle is engineered to hold more weight than it should have to....we had 1000+ lbs of brew master stand on one. The kettle stays are fully adjustable. They can be turned over so there is no edge on the outside

meaning it has no limit to kettle diameter.
