Refined toast

This malt has a warm toast character that is ideally suited to Scottish and Irish ales. Different from the dry toast character of Maris Otter.

Brew bill

Good grain bill. Significant and unpredictable delivery. Hops and yeast delivered without coolpack.

I'm loving the home brew!

I have made 8 beers purchasing all ingredients from Northern Brewer! The only problems are my mistakes and that's the beauty of home brewing. I just put 5 gallons of Belgian Ale in the carboy. I threw some dark chocolate in for fun and am looking forward to the results.
