Product details

A blend of wheat and pale malt with a neutral, malty flavor - ideal for wheat beers, or as a body - and foam-enhancing addition to other styles. Unhopped, with an SG yield of 43 points per gallon.

Applications:

  • Usage: All wheat beers, and to adjust the flavor of other styles of beer
  • Color: Use in the production of extract wheat beers, and to adjust the flavor of wheat and other styles of all grain brews

Please note: the 50-pound quantity comes factory-packaged in a multi-wall paper bag with a poly liner. We recommend storage in an airtight plastic bucket or tub after opening.

Made a lovey Belgian with with 6lbs of this DME. Mixed well in 3 gallons of boiling water without clumping. Would order again for my Wit recipe!
