Top Notch and worth the price

I use this malt in my IPA’s as part of the grist, or even the entire grain bill. It has exceptional flavor - malty and a slight graham cracker/honey taste to it. It’s not overtly sweet and has a rich depth of character.This is definitely one of my favorite malts.
