CO2 Distributors - Barbed Connections. Supply gas to several kegs at once with a CO2 distributor. Our CO2 distributors have a corrosion-resistant nickel-plated brass manifold for pressurizing 2, 3, or 4 kegs. Each gas outlet contains a barbed shut-off valve with an integral check valve to prevent backflow of gas or liquid. Beverage tubing should be attached with a tubing clamp. Distributors are available with 1/4" barbs, which are compatible with most homebrewers gas systems, or with larger 5/16" barbs, which are compatible with most commercial keg systems.
CO2 Distributors - 1/4" MFL Connections. Same design as our other CO2 distributors but with 1/4" male flare connections instead of barbed connections. Requires barbed swivel nuts (#K123 or K163) to connect hoses. We recommend using a flared nylon washer (#K127) and/or teflon tape at each connection to prevent leaks.
Connect two kegs to a single regulator with this wye adapter. The wye has one 1/4" MPT port (which threads directly into the regulator body), and two 1/4" FPT ports. To assemble, unscrew the valve from your regulator body and screw it into one of the female ports in the Wye Adapter. Screw a ball check valve (K125) or one of our shutoff valves (K038-39) into the other female port. Screw the completed wye Adapter into the regulator body.
1/4" MPT end screws into regulator body or our Wye Adapters (K035), the 1/4" MFL end fits a barbed swivel nut (K123) or our tubing kits (KX03-KX04). A check valve prevents beer from entering the gas lines or your regulator.
Each shutoff has a 1/4" MPT end, which screws into regulator body or our Wye Adapters (K035) Barbed version should be attached to tubing with a clamp (K124). Threaded version has a 1/4" MFL end and fits a barbed swivel nut (K123) or our tubing kits (KX03-KX04). Each contain integral check valves.
This 1/4" FFL cap screws onto the 1/4" MFL end of our ball check valve (K125) to seal it when not in use. Includes small o-ring.
A quick and inexpensive way to split your CO2. Available for hose with an inner diameter anywhere from 3/16" to 3/8".
These quick disconnets were designed for gas applications. When you uncouple them, an internal poppet valve engages in both the male and female sides to keep the gas from leaking. Attach to 1/4" I.D. tubing with a hose clamp.
Attaches to gas disconnect of a ball-lock keg to accurately monitor pressure. Allows greater precision when force-carbonating, counter-pressure bottle filling, and filtering under pressure. Ball lock MFL gas disconnect (K010) not included.
Lubri-Film. Sanitary, non-toxic, odorless, tasteless, and FDA approved. Use for lubricating keg parts, drafts equipment, or assembling threaded parts. 4 oz tube.
Lubri-Film Spray. A formulation of Lubri-Film in a convenient easy-to-use 11.25 oz. spray can, which applies evenly and keeps your fingers clean.
Silicone Spray. Food-grade silicone spray is a versatile lubricant—use it on poppet valves, relief valves, o-rings, disconnects, tubing, faucets, etc. It's also a great rust inhibitor. The spray can makes for even application with less mess and excellent penetration. 12 oz.
CIP Film. Same applications as Lubrifilm, but with a lower melting point (120° F), which allows it to be removed with hot water. 4 oz.
Petrol Gel Lubricant. Water-resistant, odorless and tasteless, food-grade lubricant. Ideal for keg fittings and o-rings or faucets and taps. Large 4 oz. tube will last most homebrewers a lifetime.
This stuff is great when you are hunting down a leak in a gas handling system. Daub some of this non-toxic gas leak detector around all potential gas leaks: threaded connections, swivel nuts, keg posts, keg lids, pressure relief valves, etc. Even a tiny leak will cause the leak detector solution to bubble up.
Wrap some teflon tape around threads to ensure a gas-tight connection. Each roll contains 260 feet of tape.
