Milling Options - grain must be crushed prior to brewing

The grain in the kit is not crushed by default. If you do not have a grain mill, we can crush the grain for you.

Yeast Options - yeast is required to ferment your beer

This kit includes dry yeast by default; liquid yeast upgrade available.

Priming Sugar Options - priming sugar is required to carbonate beer in bottles

You will need to supply 2/3 cup of white sugar (household cane sugar) when you bottle your beer. Upgrades to corn sugar and priming tablets are available.
