What is your favorite brewing topic to talk to customers about?
All Grain Brewing

What was your biggest brewing blunder?
Bottling a beer that was not fully fermented. That was the last batch of beer I bottled, before buying kegs.

What movie have you watched the most times?
The Lord of the Rings Trilogy

What was your proudest moment in your fermentation history?
Winning Best of Show-Cider for a hard Cider and simply placing in the same category as some amazing cider makers.

Why do you brew?
It is a very creative process, but it is still very different from the rest of my interests.  It also introduced me to many styles of beer that I had not tried before.

When did you start brewing?
2005

What is your brewing system?
Fully Electric HERMS All-Grain system with a 15 gallon capacity, though I usually stick to 5 gallon batches.

What is your favorite style of beer for drinking and for brewing?
Belgian Dubbel, but also IPAs in the summer.

If you could share a beer with anyone throughout history, of even fictional, who would it be?
Leonardo Da Vinci

Where do you spend your non-brewing time?
Playing guitar or writing music
