- The rec.crafts.brewing faq
- Beertown is the home of the Association of Brewers and the American Homebrewer's Association.

present a wide variety of techniques and ingredients, some dubious.
- The Beer Judge Certification Program suite are useful for
anybody who wants to become a beer judge, organize a competition, enter a competition,
etc. This site includes some serious beer scholarship, including the comprehensive study
guide, and a list of officially recognized beer styles (requires Adobe's Acrobat reader).
- Spencer's Beer Page - one of the oldest, most
reliable homebrewing pages on the Internet. Some documents are a bit out of date, but it
is a great jumping-off point.
- The Home Brewer Digest - Search the complete archives of
the long-running home brew digest. If you have a question about brewing, chances are
somebody else has posed that same question to the HBD.

serious information on hops, including a comprehensive Hop FAQ, a JavaScript On-Line
Bitterness calculator, information on growing your own hops, etc.
- The BrewInfo Page is maintained by Al
Korzonas, the author of Homebrewing Volume 1. Here you will find the most up to
data errata on that book, a photographic tour of Korzonas' own home brewery, articles,
and, as of this writing, a copy of the Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr's report.
- Our yeast suppliers, White Labs and Wyeast Labs have informative web pages.
