The diabolically luxurious companion beer to T-Can and Bearcat's Wheaten Beatdown is a robust porter that conceals a barbed wire-wrapped fist under soft and sexy velvet. Its chocolate malted milkshake flavors, ultra-dense mouthfeel, silky texture, and even its moonless-night-sky color are the result of lots and lots of wheat, malted and flaked and roasted. So you're thinking: "hey, this is really, really easy to drink!" But sneaking up from behind while you're distracted is the 6.3% abv and a citrus-kissed blackjack of hop bitterness: this is the Bond villainess of porters.
This is a partial mash beer kit - see our Partial Mash Walkthrough for details.

5.0 / 5.04 ReviewsAmazing serviceEvery time, nothing but amazing service thus far.September 3, 2016December 21, 2015Better than anything I could buyMade this for my Moms 80th Birthday party...she liked it too but it was mostly enjoyed by the rest of us. Great Beer, cam out perfect. 6.3 ABV. I was sooo happy with this beer, left a cooler full of it in Moms garage and family found it an left empties. Now I have to make some more for work friends and Me. Make This Beer!May 11, 2016A Great Winter BeerI love this beer kit. It is easy to make and very forgiving of minor mistakes. It has a great flavor and warms you well during the cold winter evenings. It is a partial mash so you will have to have some extra equipment to help with that. I use 2 packs of yeast instead of doing a starter (just lazy). I let mine sit in primary for 2 weeks and then transfer to secondary. Then, it sits another 2 weeks after which time I bottle it. I've brewed this beer about 3 times and now my 4th. It is always a great hit with my buddies and it goes fast. I usually give more away than I drink. I know you will have a great time brewing this beer if you can find it. It is not advertised in their magazine or on their site, but you can find it if you search for it on the site.
