Product Details
Light straw tinged with green, this wine's up front lemon, grapefruit, and pear notes give way to floral aromas, and the crisp, zesty acidity makes it dance on the palate. Medium -bodied wine, it marries lush drinkability with smooth refinement.

Master Vintner Pinot Grigio makes one gallon of crisp dry white wine scented with citrus and a clean finish that lingers on minerals, white fruits and almonds.

Pair with white fish and light seafood dishes, like sole in buerre blanc or grilled halibut, broiled oysters, or for a zesty treat, ceviche. Pinot Grigio also works with sliced pears and soft cheese (or white stilton!)--or even with calamari on a sunny patio.

Serve cool (52-55F) rather than ice cold, to bring out the citrus and pear aromas, and try it with a splash of soda and a lime wedge for a brilliant spritzer at your next party.

Pinot Grigio
Fermenting in back room hope it comes out as well as Chardonnay I bought last year

Darned Fine Wine!
Just bottled this batch of Pinot Grigio...awesome! The process of making the wine is really easy, and you'll get great-tasting wine (so long as you follow the instructions). This is my third Small Batch wine kit that I've made; all have turned out spectacularly. The price point isn't much different than getting a load of the little four packs...but the pride of having made it yourself, the fact that you don'y have a load of bottles of wine that you have to drink or give away before they go bad, and the overall quality make this an outstanding option to a 6-gallon kit.

How long does it take to make a "small batch"? Does the kit come with instructions?
S U on Apr 29, 2016
BEST ANSWER: This kit will be ready to bottle after about 28 days, and it will be ready to drink right away, but you can store it for up to a year.
In what temperature range should this be fermented?
Ben S on Feb 13, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Hello Ben,

Thank you for choosing Northern Brewer! The temp range for the yeast in that kit is 45-95 degrees F, but I would ferment at about 68 degrees for the best results. I hope that this helps!
