I ordered supplies to make a sour cherry mead. They are all awaiting to make a great honey wine. Kudos to HB for their help now and going forward.

Rating food grade versus regent grade potassium bicarbonate
Sorry I haven't had enough time to actually experience results. Seems fine yet until every crystallize it I cannot tell you a quality grade. I don't have a lab anymore so this may take me a long time cuz I have a lot of other things on my plate right now. I'm used to reagent grade. I'll let you know later okay?
The material was exactly what I needed to correct a very acidic wine. The only thing that I wish was different was that this material would have been better in a ziplock bag.
