It’s so good! I’m letting it age in a 6 gal carboy. Now about 6 weeks. The problem is I use my wine thief to sneak a taste then what do I refill with to limit airspace. I’m anxious to learn more about aging in a carboy. Comments please.

Nice full bodied wine

Just opened the first bottle after brewing. Allowed one month and wine is nice already. A little more aging will certainly benefit this wine. Overall am impressed with this kit.
