This food-grade tubing is ideal for hot liquid transfers, especially out of a boil kettle or mash tun. It is rated for use up to 275° F. This thick-wall tubing (1/8" wall) is nice and rigid, and won't kink or collapse under moderate suction, making it a great tubing for use with pumps. Select between a 3, 10, 20, or 30 foot section.

I have not actually used this hose while brewing but just handling it you can tell it is heavy duty tubing. I bought this to use with my pumps and transfer hot wort. The 1/2" size is perfect for the pump and should move allot of wort quickly using it with a standard Chugger pump. Should note that this tubing is not clear, thats the only down side I could think of. (Posted on 2/7/13)Rating
