This extract is actually good! A lot of the extracts taste artificial and gross to me, but this one is very good. I use it all the time to make Apricot IPAs and Apricot Blondes. Actually got turned onto this from the NB Dry Dock Brewing Apricot Blonde kit. Very good extract, highly recommended. Use in conjunction with Apricot puree for a delicious apricot beer. I've made a few batches of wheat beer using this extract. The apricot is a nice flavor to use, & not overpowering. Refreshing summer beer. I use 1, 4 oz. bottle for a 5 gallon batch, add it right before bottling. (Posted on 6/2/11)

This is a great product to use if you want to turn out a quick batch of apricot flavored beer. I used this when I made an apricot wheat for the first time, I didnt worry about transferring it to secondary because I wanted to drink it asap :) It is easy to use because you just add it to your beer once you rack it into your bottling bucket, or even to your keg. Easier to use than puree, however the puree does give the beer a better apricot flavor in my opinion. (Posted on 6/11/10)
