Excellent no matter the level Review by Ward
A friend of mine got me this book along with a starter kit to begin brewing and I have had no questions, save for the very advanced, that were not answered by this book. Fantastic read with excellent detail on the history of mead and it's researchers in recent history. I've read it several times and learn more with each one! (Posted on 5/24/13)
