This is an inexpensive kettle for doing full-volume boils on 5 gallon batches, or partial-volume 10 gallon batches. An excellent choice for someone who wants to start all-grain brewing without a big investment in equipment. This version of the kettle is drilled and includes an all-stainless Polar Ware Bulkhead and 1/2" Stainless Steel Ball Valve - no more heavy lifting to pour! The weldless bulkhead comes with instructions and requires a small amount of assembly. Add on a barb (our Stainless 1/2" is the most popular) and length of tubing for easy draining. The stainless steel kettle is a similar thickness and quality as our 5 and 7.5 gallon economy kettles. It features volume gradations on the side in 2 gallon increments and includes sturdy handles and a lid. Measures approximately 14" tall by 15.75" in diameter.
