Best option for a better bottle. If you go with the one piece airlock snip off the bottom of it so it doesn't get plugged up with krausen gunk. Fits perfect, and I don't really know how you would have a problem with it. Sure it will pop out but should you have been using a blowoff tube with your wyeast 3068, yes. Everyone knows better bottles flex so don't be an inept fool, and it will work great. Products work well if you use them as they should. Cars don't work to well on the left side of the road, better bottle bungs don't work well if you don't think. (Posted on 4/2/12)

I've used these on 30 or so batches... and they have worked fine for me. The only thing to remember is to put your airlock in after you have your carboy in place. The flex of the bottle allows the bottle to "breathe in" when picked up and sucks in your airlock liquid. I've used star san and they were a little slippery but still worked fine. I've had better luck boiling them and placing them on. (Posted on 12/7/11)

This is what was included with the 6 gallon better bottle I ordered, and it didn't work at all. It may fit the bottle, but it certainly doesn't seal- as fermentation started it began to slide out and would refuse to seal properly. I had to remove it and replace with a rubber stopper- this plastic material is no good. Not recommended at all! (Posted on 10/24/11)
