Details
Very malty, low sulfur-producing yeast from a brewery in the Czech Republic. Flocculates at a warmer temperature (37F) than many lager yeasts, which allows the brewer to more easily leave residual sweetness in the beer. Apparent attenuation: 67-71%. Flocculation: medium. Optimum temp: 45°-54° F
