Okay, but I'll go back to Cascade for Juicy IPA

I previously made a Juicy IPA using Citra, Mosaic, and Cascade hops. I decided to try swapping the Cascade hops for Lemondrop hops in order to get a more citrusy flavor in the Juicy IPA. I preferred the Cascade hops over the Lemondrop hops for this recipe.

Jut what I ordered

Exactly as i expected and the quality is top notch

Got extra hops, but they aren't very lemony

Each 1oz packet actually contained close to 2 oz of hops. I used the extra to dry hop and the beer still doesnt have much lemon aroma or flavor. It is kind of there if you are really looking for it, but I was hoping for something more dramatic from these hops. Overall, they aren't bad hops, but the name is misleading.

Lemondrop hops

Great hop, I use for flavor mostly on a few types of brews I do, really can help either add to a citrus flavor, or complement a fruit infused beer as well. Would recommend for sure, lots of different uses.
