You'll siphon your finished beer into the pin just like you would a 5 gallon ball lock keg, but instead of using co2 you'll add priming sugar to carbonate naturally. Then when you are ready to serve, just attach the cask tap assembly and pour directly from the pin. Includes one set of spiles and bungs. Cask beer is best consumed within a few days of tapping, as oxygen will slowly stale the beer.
