The mature Riesling grapes from Cherry Hill Vineyard in Washington provide the foundation for this luscious wine. Our "Flavor Reserve" adds a concentration of tastes and natural sweetness that make late harvest wines so special. Notes of honey, apple and apricot dominate the aroma and taste, right through the long, rich finish. Displays much of the complexity of an Ice Wine, but with less sweetness.
