I would like to thank all of the guys/girls at the Milwaukee location. My GF was going to get me a Sake kit but the staff there steered me in the direction of Mead. I am SO GLAD that they did and THIS startup is perfect to do so. I am almost to rack with my first mead and this setup will do it all. Best thing is, with a little star san I am ready to begin batch 2.Rating
