This is the book on yeast and proper lab techniques for the brewer. All techniques are and the related equipment are clearly explained in a step by step manner.Rating
The only short coming is that this is volume one of an intended 2 volume set, yet after several years, volume 2 has yet to be published. Any brewer who is serious about culturing yeast should be thoroughly familiar with the material contained herein. (Posted on 9/28/10)
