Helpful and Humorous Review by ChuckandBarb

This is a great book for novice to experienced home winemakers. Great information, lots of details for beginners, and information for the more skilled. The content is easy to read with a great humorous touch. The author makes this a lively book about what could be dull at times. Interesting recipes with good, solid explanations, often missing from other books and recipes. (Posted on 7/12/11)
Two Thumbs Up Review by Jazz 5

This book is a great essential guide to making delicious wines! I've used it since my very first 5 gallon batch of Muscadine Delight, which turned out to be a milestone, and huge success for me!! Hard Apple Cider is my next quest!
I have 40 fruit trees of all varieties,(apples, plums, peaches, pears, pomegranets, nectarines,& figs) 9 grape vines, & 3 varieties of hardy kiwi vines. So I sincerely have a use for this book! I love to experiment, mix, and blend potent potables!!! (Posted on 9/15/10)
