This proprietary blend of 70% 2-row, 20% malted rye, and 10% caramel 40 malt allows you to formulate your own one-of-a-kind rye beer! Our Rye Malt Syrup provides 1.035 ppg and is approximately 6 L.

I've brewed 2 batches with this extract, and it's great. It's my go-to extract now, as I really enjoy Rye beers. Batch I'm currently plotting will have rye 4 ways -- this extract, flaked, crystal, and midnight! (Posted on 10/11/12)

Made a Red Rye ale with this, straight up. It came out a lot darker that 6L, well into the teens. Nice balance of rye and caramel for a simple LME. (Posted on 8/8/12)

Brewed a Rye Pale Ale with this extract and used Biscuit Malt and Honey Malt for steeping grains. Used Centennial hops. Great spicy flavor of the Rye comes through and does not overpower the beer. Awesome product!!! Will definately brew with this again. (Posted on 5/17/12)
