The Buon Vino Mini Jet is the perfect way for the home hobbyist to produce a wine with a commercial shine. Best for small-volume winemaking (5 to 10 gallons at a time). Its compact design incorporates a self-priming motorized pump capable of filtering up to 5 gallons in about 15 minutes. Includes a built-in drip tray and drainage tube for easy cleanup.

Compatible only with Buon Vino Mini Jet filter pads (sold separately). Filter sequentially—first with #1 "coarse", then #2 "polish", and last with #3 "sterile".

The Mini jet can also be used as a pump to transfer wine from vessel to vessel—just bypass the filter plates.
