Medium-bodied with the flavor profile of a Bavarian Hefeweizen, but laced with tart, fruity raspberry aroma and flavor. Natural raspberry extract added to taste at bottling lets you tone down the fruit or turn it way up, as you prefer.

I'm new to all grain. Although I carefully measured the ingredient quantities and checked the mash with tincture of iodine to make sure conversion was complete, my specific gravity came out a little on the low side with a start of 1.36 and a finish of 1.06. It's still a very tasting good beer. I'm going to try it again with a little DME to adjust the specific gravity before the boil if needed. I've been reading up on how to do this.
