If you are looking for a huge big white this is it ... I added 4 oz. of medium toasted american oak in addition to what came in the kit and WOW ! ! ! this wine is huge ... I highly recommend bulk aging for 6 months to let it mellow out some, but you will not be disappointed, I am going to make this Big Beautiful Blond again ... (Posted on 8/10/11)
