I've made this wine twice in the past and look forward to making it again in the future.
It is an easy kit, just the right size (about half of the 'normal' kit) and yields a fine sparkling wine if you do your part. The results are somewhat similar to an Asti Spumante by an Italian maker not to be named here, only fresher and with better depth.
I would recommend this kit to anybody who is looking for a really decent 'Bubbly', at any time of the year. Cheers! (Posted on 9/21/10)
