Tasted great when transferring from primary to secondary. Very astringent immediately after bottling. 2 months in the bottle and already better than the Black box wine we used to buy.
The instructions were very clear and the whole process was much simpler than making beer- no boiling at all just very close attention to sanitation (Star San rocks) and lots of patience. (Posted on 7/10/11)
