Home brewing shouldn't be a back breaker! Heavy-duty polypropylene straps that cradle a carboy and provide two carrying handles. The straps adjust to fit carboys from 5 to 7 gallons in size. They are rated to lift 100 lbs.

Needs a little re-engineering Review by KF

Don't get me wrong, I like the brew hauler. I have 4 of them. They could, however, stand a little re-engineering. I was taking a 5 gallon carboy down the steps to my basement and on about the 4th step down the carboy slipped between the bands of the brew hauler and tumbled end over end to the bottom of the steps. The airlock popped out and the neck of the carboy punched a nice jagged hole in my basement door. Needless to say there was beer splattered everywhere. Could have been worse, my carboy could have shattered, but it still was not cool. I would suggest maybe another horizontal band be placed towards the bottom ot the hauler to prevent this issue. Its so nice using the brew hauler to move my carboys around the house, especially when you have to play find the room with the right temperature in a three story house. Glass or Plastic carboys this accessory is perfect. (Posted on 2/28/11)
I love these things!! Review by Lui In Idaho

I purchased my first Brew Hauler after I purchased the metal handle that attaches around the neck of the carboy. I was not comfortable with that handle -- I never really used it. I liked the idea of the nylon straps and keeping in with the carboy all the time. It is also very easily removed should it be in the way.

I used this with my glass carboy, and purchased some other similar products for use with my Better Bottles. With the other products, either the handles are too long or too short. The Brew Hauler has always been my favorite.

I recently saw one of these at my Local Brew Shop. I siezed the opportunity and bought the original. It is a great product and I would not have any less than one for each carboy -- glass or plastic. (Posted on 1/7/11)
No more back pain Review by Jeremy

After suffering for years moving 5 and 6.5 gallon carboys, I found this! It's as if Gambrinus himself sent these to me. Moving a carboy has never been easier. I now own 4 of these haulers and keep them on the carboy throughout fermentation. If only the bottom part had a rubber coating or sleeve for protection against the concrete floor in my fermentation room. (Posted on 1/4/11)
much easier Review by William

Bought these after having to carry a few batches out of my apartment down to my storage space, through a few doors and winding stairs. Much easier to handle, pick up and set down. The only thing I need to do is cut some rubber or carpet pads for my carboys that fit inside these, so can set them down on a concrete floor without worry. Hopefully they will last a while. I highly recommend. (Posted on 10/26/10)

If you ever move full glass carboys, you NEED a Brew Hauler. This is a perfectly reasonably priced piece of essential safety equipment that turns moving carboys from a risky venture to no problem. (Posted on 6/6/10)
