Pros: This sturdy press is good for pressing larger quantities of fruit. If you are making a 5 gallon or larger batch you should be fine, otherwise you might need to buy some oak to make more spacers. I recommend reading the manual to fully understand how the presser ratchet mechanism works. good quality.
