the spoon is floppy. Not very sturdy. I think its a lame mash paddle. I use a wood stirring spoon that has a thick handle.

Probably would be fine for boil stirring though. (Posted on 9/18/11)

Plenty long for a 5 gallon brewpot and I like that it won't scratch my plastic buckets. Easy to clean as well. (Posted on 8/8/10)
