So far I have made two recipes from this book: Cranberry Claret and Strawberry wine. Both of them turned out fabulous! I want to make them in larger quantities next time, now that I know how good they are. This was my first attempt at making wine from fruit (I always did the wine kits before this). I definitely will try some more recipes from this book; and I highly recommend it to others. (Posted on 11/17/10)

This book gives you many ideas for making wine and mead from things found in your garden and yard, as well as the usual items. There is a nice beginners section that explains how and why you do the process. (Posted on 5/3/10)
