A spectacular crystal white color is the result of a special blend of white cranberry and Pinot Gris. White cranberry juice is somewhat less tart than regular cranberry juice due to an earlier harvest than the traditional red cranberries. White Cranberry Pinot Gris is very easy to drink and is perfect for backyard barbecues and sharing with friends.

I have served this chilled as an after dinner drink and was amazed that everyone who tried it was very pleased.
The sweetness mellowed a bit 1-2 weeks after bottling into a nice sweet-acidic combination.

The only annoying thing with this wine is the people that try to correct me saying "pinot grigio" after I say, "pinot gris." (Posted on 8/8/11)
