This is one STRONG wine. I uncorked the bottle and reeled back about a foot. That said, the flavor is very nice: sweet with just a hint of citrus. (Posted on 5/6/12)

Just bottled this a month ago and opened the first bottle last night to have with some cheese and crackers. A sweet but powerful wine, this is a sipper I will make again! (Posted on 5/24/11)

I normally brew beer but my lovely wife asked if we could experiment making wine. This is the second wine I've made and it is an absolute wonder! The first was a white zin; very drinkable but nothing fancy.

This muscat is a whole new experience. Fruity and somewhat on the sweet side with a hint of orange.

Highly recommend this to non-wine drinkers. (Posted on 12/4/10)

Smooth intense citrus flavors. It has surprised non wine drinkers that there are wines out there that are just a delight to drink. Not everyone likes to drink dry red wine. Great compliment to pair with strong cheeses. mmmm good. (Posted on 3/31/10)
