This blend epitomizes the classic white wine style that Germany is renowned for. Amazingly true to style, the agreeably sweet finish is accomplished through adding our F-pack. The exciting result is perfect with seafood or dessert.

Bottled January 9 2011. Tastes okay after 3 months, but the longer it ages the better it tastes. Drank the last bottle in April 2012, was by far the best. (Posted on 5/4/12)

I wasn't sure about this one when first bottled. We bought Liebfraumilch in the past (I think by Black Tower) and liked it very much. So, I was anxious for something similar. Even with the kit's f-pack, I don't think it came out as sweet as expected (only slight sweet hint), but it is very good still.

It cleared exceptionally well during the last 2 weeks after stabilization, which I was pleased with. However, I got greedy when racking (trying to bottle as much as possible) and got a slight hint of sediment in the batch....didn't impact how nice it is though! (Posted on 4/16/11)

I opened my first bottle of of Vintners Reserve Liebfraumilch at a dinner party. Both myself and my guests were pleased with the finished product. Good body and light, semi-sweet flavor. I'll definately make this one again. (Posted on 3/28/10)
