- Decent wine, great value Review by Bill
- A fine-tasting PN, especially after 2-3 months. I let it sit in secondary for a month, it clarified without adding all the chemicals that come with it- no need for clairifiers or sulfates. Not especially sophisticated, but for $2.88 bottle, just fine for everyday -better than the $7-10 Australian PN I usually buy! (Posted on 9/7/11)
- Will make more... Review by JLW1974

This was the first red wine (pinot noir) I have ever made and I must confess, it couldn't be easier or better. Normally I brew beer, and lots of it, but after making this, I will definately keep one in the fermenter.Rating
My friends couldn't believe me that I created this wine from a kit. Everyone one pleased. The only caveat I have it that it only makes about 27 bottles (750ml). ; )
It tasted smooth just after 30 days of fermenting at around 65F.

I purchased this wine noticing the lower price and moderate expectations. I aged this 2 months and couldn't be happier. This is pinot noir has clean taste and a velvety finish. I would highly recommend this to others. (Posted on 10/13/10)Rating
