This was delicious. Aged a year, and it seemed to disappear faster than expected - because it was good. My only mistake was not having another batch fermenting. I preferred the taste as a sparkling beverage and so did my friends. (Posted on 3/16/12)Rating - Mixing Honey into room temp water? Review by Jeff

Easy to do kit. The only thing we had trouble with was mixing warm honey into room temperature water. IMHO a better bet would be to boil up 3 gallons of water ... remove from the heat and let temp drop down a tad. Then add the honey to the hot water and stir. Then combine the 3+gallons of must with an additional gallon of water and yeast nutrient. Mixing at this point will be easier.Rating
