Smooth Drinkable Wine With Food Review by Dan

Bottled this wine about a year ago and has been a good drinkable wine but has very little of the profile of Chianti. Missing the tannin and acid sharpness I expected. Will make another Chianti but will probably pay up for a more expensive kit - maybe with skins included. (Posted on 9/7/11)
