Sinistral Warrior IPA All-Grain Kit

I brewed my first batch and just cheated pulling a sneak preview two weeks early. The bouquet is awesome. Good spicy flavor that balances well with the hops. The flavor is complex and the mouth feel is creamy. I think this will turn out to be an excellent batch once carbonation is finished which will give it the head it is lacking right now.
