Excellent clamping capability Review by Frank

I used to use the stainless steel clamps you can find from auto parts and local hardware stores, but I find these clamps much cleaner, attractive, easier to use, and cheaper. And you don't have to deal with excess sharp edges left over from the clamping. I had to use a clamping pliers that I forgot I had, so it was all good. I will buy more of these whenever I order stuff from NB. Excellent product. (Posted on 5/16/14)
Clamps my beer lines with great success! Review by mike

I agree on every thing SoopirV said. I also lost 2 gallons of IPA from a brand new 3 head tower. The suppler didn't screw the worm gear clamps tight enough. But in my case the Stepless Clamp No 145 didn't tighten enough for the tower connection fittings they had a real small barbed connection. so I went back with the old screw clamps on my tower. I used a 6" end nipper pliers from northern tools to crimp the Stepless clamps on the rest of my gas and beer lines with great success. (Posted on 7/12/13)
Fantastic, just fantastic. Review by SoopirV

I wish local hardware stores would carry these (so I could get them faster!). Every permanent connection on my 2 keg system started with worm-gear clamps, and one by one, as they failed, I replaced them with these. Okay, so not really- all it took was one failed gas line (spent a 5lb CO2 cylinder overnight...much faster than that, I'm sure, but it all happened overnight) and one failed beer line (in my draft tower- hosed the entire outdoor kitchen area with 5 gallons of IPA) to convince me to try a more permanent solution on each connection (8 total- four gas, four beer). Easy to crimp and a fantastic seal, and they're cheaper than Ace hardware screw clamps! (Posted on 3/25/10)
