Incorporating a floating lid that is held in place and sealed with an inflatable gasket, you can use one vessel to ferment different sized batches without extra headspace. Great for red wine fermentations and managing differing fruit yields from year to year. These tanks can be used as a primary fermenter, or for long-term storage and aging. All variable volume tanks include a lid with an integral two-stage airlock, inflatable gasket, and pump for the floating lid. Stands sold separately.
